Pictures - Planetary Images


Many years ago I used film to shoot the planets. Now I have progressed to a webcam, the Philips ToUcam Pro. The main advantage of this is that it allows a video stream to be captured, and then stacked. Most of the images here are taken with this ToUcam. Jupiter has been rather low in this neck of the woods lately, and the less than perfect shots are as a result partly of this.
Mars on the other hand has been overhead, and the closest in recorded history.
