Pictures - Deep Space Objects - Latest & Greatest

It seems my equipment is evolving constantly. Part of this is my like for trying new things, new toys, and part is the natural evolution that comes with trying something and seeing a different direction to take.

In the last few months I have upgraded both the CCD and the main imaging scope. Currently I am having a renaissance with a wonderful Starlight Xpress SXVF-H9 mono camera and their new CFW, plus an equally nice William Optics FLT132 refractor.

Part of the rationale of returning to the mono camera was the ability to really knuckle into some narrowband images, and these will start to flow, so check back often and see what progress if any has been made.
